the artist
Maneesh is a self-taught artist. He works in his full time job as a doctor and loves to spend most of his spare time in his small studio or outdoors, where he lets his creative urges take over. He had a basic grounding in art in secondary school but after this became busy pursuing a career in medicine.
However art is more than a hobby for him, it has been a life-long passion. Despite a busy career and work he tries to find some time and subjects to paint when he can.
Maneesh has showcased his work at various venues including solo shows at his workplace for charitable causes, and at the prestigious Royal Birmingham Society of Artists in open call shows. He has sold to collectors all over the world and also worked on commissions. He is a member of the Medical Arts Society.
